This page explains the ordering process for our international customers.

After you have put an item in your cart  by pressing the vormerken button you can view your cart from every page of the website by pressing the cart button in the Main Navigation line (top of page).

Your cart page should look like this: (see red translations on my sample page)

If you have everything in your cart you can go to the next order page by clicking

On this 2nd of 3 pages you can tell us your adress:

By clicking the “weiter>” button you will come to the next page where you can choose payment options. (if you have checked the third checkbox - there will be 2nd adress page that asks for a different shipping adress -so check this box only if you have a different shipping and billing adress)
If an alert box appears you have not filled in everything (it is necessary to state a working e-mail adress and check the 2nd checkbox - without this you will not come to the next page! )

On the next page you can chose your favourite payment method - you will see your complete order including the shipping costs to your country.
We will NOT ask you for credit card or bank details - you will get an information about this along with our personal confirmation. We don`t want any money before we have checked your order!! SO PLEASE DONT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS!

If you live outside the european union you can deduct the sales tax amount from your order - see our taxfree page.

Now your order is on the way to us, our server will tell you your order confirmation number on the next page - and you will get an automatically generated e-mail with a duplicate of your order.- if you dont see the next page or don`t get an e-mail please contact us. : Info@fetishuniverse.org

We will contact you (usually within one business day) with informations about delivery times, payment and everything you want to know.
